Coaching Pledge
Cambridge & Suffolk Schools Alliance are pleased to announce that we have been nominated by the DfE to develop the Women Leading in Education Eastern Region programme.
This creates a unique opportunity to share our resources and expertise so that we can play a key role in the campaign for gender equality in leadership in the region.
Leadership Coaching Pledge
Coaching is a powerful tool that increases confidence, builds resilience, capability and inner resource. The power of the coaching pledge is that it enables women to access coaching at any point in their career, free of charge, at a time to suit and to meet their specific needs. We are currently seeking to recruit new coaches to support with the delivery of this coaching pledge.
